Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026. Please read our service agreement terms carefully.

Welcome to the website of Rapid Restoration Group. By accessing our website, requesting emergency inspections, or authorizing water damage restoration services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Authorization of Services

By signing a Work Authorization form or verbally requesting emergency dispatch, you authorize Rapid Restoration Group and its certified technicians to enter the designated property to perform:

  • Visual inspections and moisture mapping using thermal imaging and moisture meters.
  • Water extraction, demolition of saturated non-salvageable materials, and cleaning.
  • Installation of commercial drying equipment (high-velocity air movers and Low-Grain Refrigerant dehumidifiers).
  • Daily moisture monitoring visits to record dry-standards compliance.

2. Emergency Dispatch & Access

Our emergency teams are dispatched immediately upon telephone authorization.

  • Property Access: The client must provide safe and continuous access to the property for our crews to execute drying protocols and retrieve commercial equipment.
  • Cancellation: If emergency crews are dispatched and services are cancelled while in transit or upon arrival, a standard dispatch and inspection fee may apply.

3. Equipment Operation & Compliance

Drying equipment must remain plugged in and running 24/7 until our technicians determine the structure has met IICRC dry-standards.

  • Turning off or unplugging equipment during the mitigation cycle delays drying, increases structural rot risk, and voids mold prevention guarantees.
  • Rapid Restoration Group is not liable for mold growth or secondary damages resulting from client tampering, unplugging, or turning off the drying equipment.

4. Insurance Direct Billing & Payment Terms

We work directly with major homeowners insurance providers to simplify billing.

  • Direction of Payment: By signing our Work Authorization, the client directs their insurance carrier to pay Rapid Restoration Group directly for mitigation, drying, and structural repairs.
  • Client Deductibles: The client is responsible for paying their insurance policy deductible directly to Rapid Restoration Group upon completion of services.
  • Uncovered Items: The client remains financially responsible for any costs, services, or structural rebuild details denied or not covered by their homeowners insurance policy.

5. Limit of Liability

Rapid Restoration Group performs all water extraction and structural drying in accordance with IICRC S500 standard guidelines.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing mold, structural foundation defects, plumbing leaks not repaired by a licensed plumber, or damages occurring due to delays in reporting the water loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the direct cost of mitigation services performed on the property.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from services performed will be filed and resolved in Lee County, Florida.
